If you have a BombBomb Team account, everyone likely uses similar material when doing business. With BombBomb, you have the unique ability to share content with members of your team, including videos, emails, and templates! This streamlines your workflow and saves time, ensuring content is created once but can be used again and again.

Step 1: Sharing a Video or Email
To start, navigate to your Emails or Videos tab — wherever the content you'd like to share is located.
The name(s) of your team(s) are on the left side of your screen. To share content with a specific team, drag and drop the email or video to that team's name. Once it's shared, you'll see a Shared icon on the lower right of the email or video.
Step 2: Adding Videos and Emails to Team Folders
Once an email or video has been shared with a team, you can share it in specific Team Folders.
If you'd like to create a new team folder, click "Add a Folder."
To share an email or video in a specific folder, click on the team folder in the left panel. Then, you can click and drag the content you wish to share to that folder.
Step 3: Un-sharing a Video or Email
To unshare an email or video you've shared with your team, click on the "Shared Content" arrow.
Then click the "x" next to the folder that you wish to remove this content from.
Step 4: Sharing a Template for BombBomb Plus Users
If you want to share templates with your team, you'll need to access the Email Composer to reach the template library. To do this, begin by clicking on the Emails tab. Then select "Edit" to share a current email or "New Email" to create a new template.
Once you're in the Email Composer, on the left side, select the Design tab. Then click "Change Template" to access your template library.
You'll now see all of the available templates in your library. To find your templates, click "My Templates" on the right. Then click the gear wheel icon for the template you'd like to share with your team and click the "Manage" option.
You'll see your teams populate when you click this option. Check the box next to the group you want to share this template with. If the template you shared happens to be a template dedicated to your Quick Send function, your team will be able to use the template when they use the Quick Send option.
Step 5: Un-sharing a Template
To un-share a template, follow the same steps above to access the template you'd like to un-share. Click the gear wheel icon for the template you'd like to un-share and click the "Manage" option. Un-click the teams you'd like to stop sharing the content with.
