What is the BombBomb for RE/MAX integration?
As a RE/MAX Broker, you can connect your RE/MAX Office profile directly to your BombBomb account. This integration will automatically sync your agents, along with birthdays and RE/MAX service anniversaries, into a BombBomb list.
What will this integration allow you to do?
This integration is only available to RE/MAX brokers, as it allows you to acquire the contact information of other members within the office(s) that they belong to. Your BombBomb profile must show that you are in the real estate industry and are a RE/MAX broker, manager, or owner in order to access the integration.
Setting up the integration
Step 1: Log into your BombBomb account. Hover over your name in the upper right corner and click "Integrations." Or you can click on "Check out our integrations" on your dashboard.
Step 2: On the integrations page, locate the RE/MAX Broker integration either by searching for it in the search bar or scrolling through the integration icons. Select this icon.
Step 3: On the RE/MAX integration page, enter your remax.net email address and click the "Connect" button to begin. A verification email will be sent to your remax.net email. Upon verification of your email address, the integration will complete the connection. (You will see the warning symbol prompting you to verify your email if you have not completed the step.)
Step 4: Check your email and click the "Verify Now" button to unlock the integration.
Step 5: You will see the confirmation page below and be redirected to BombBomb when you click the "Continue" button. You will then see that the status underneath the RE/MAX icon on the integration page will say "Connected."
Using the Integration
Step 1: On the Contacts tab, you will find a new "Sync from RE/MAX Broker Integration" button. Click on this button to select which offices to sync contacts from.
Step 2: All offices associated with your RE/MAX profile will appear in this list. Select the office(s) you are interested in and click the "Save My Selections" button.
Step 3: You will then see the office(s) you've selected populate on the left side of the contacts tab. Click into each office list and make sure to select "Sync from RE/MAX Broker Integration" to pull in any existing contacts. Once this is completed, the list will update automatically as new agents are added to each office.
