With the ability to approve, deny, and modify any social post, you are in complete control over your messaging while still having the luxury of someone doing it for you! You'll have the opportunity to view your social posts and make any changes you'd like 48 hours before posting.

When your Social Prompt is ready, you'll receive this text message 48 hours prior. This is a notification that lets you know the Social Prompt is ready for you to view and make any changes you'd like. You can either tap the link in the message, or log right into your BombBomb account.
Note: If you receive a text message that says your Facebook account is not connected, click here to learn how to turn on your social sharing.
Once logged into your BombBomb account, click the "Prompt" option in the upper left corner of your screen if you are not already there. On your homepage, you will be taken to the Prompt carousel, which is a carousel of upcoming emails that will be posting to your Facebook business page. Hover over the email you'd like to share and click "View & Start."
You will be taken to the Social Prompt settings where you can customize your Social Prompt message. To preview the message, click the "Preview" option to the right of your screen.
To customize your social post, click the "Social" option to the right of your screen (the social post may automatically display on your pop-up once you click "View and Start"). On this page, you can customize your Social Prompt message. To create your own message, simply type in what you'd like to post in the text box. To view the suggested message for this post, click the "Suggested message" option.
This will show you the suggested message we have created for your Facebook post. If you choose not to use this message, click the "X" in the corner of the pop-up. To use this message, click the "Copy Message" button.
Right-click in the text box and click "Paste" or press Ctrl + v (Command + v for Mac users) on your keyboard to paste the message. The suggested message will then populate the text box. Once you're finished editing the post, click the "Save & Close" button.
Now in your Prompt carousel, you will see that your Social Prompt post is ready to send!
Your customization for Social Prompt will be limited; however, if you'd like access to Twitter posts, LinkedIn posts, customized email designs, adding videos to your posts, and other features, you can do so by using our full version of Prompt.
