What is Outreach?
Outreach is a platform that allows sales professionals to close more deals by streamlining your workflow and making it more personalized, optimized, and effective.
What will this integration allow you to do?
With the BombBomb and Outreach integration, you'll be able to use video to set yourself apart by getting face-to-face with your leads. In addition to recording new videos, you can also use pre-recorded videos in your workspace. After sending off video emails you'll be able to create triggers, like making a task or moving a lead into a sequence, based on whether your lead played your video or not. Video will take you to the next level in sales!
Note: You must be an Outreach member admin to connect this integration for you and your team. Additionally, Outreach only supports Google Chrome. Using different browsers may result in inconsistencies and is not recommended.
Here are the step-by-step instructions.
Step 1: In your Outreach account, hover over your photo in the bottom left corner and select "Settings."
Step 2: On the left side of your screen, click "Org."
Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the page. You'll see a section for the BombBomb integration. Click "Learn More."
Step 4: Click the green "Install" button.
Step 5: You'll be asked to confirm the installation. Click "Confirm Install" to continue.
You're all set to start sending videos! You'll see an installation confirmation on the right side of your screen.
To send a video, open a new email in your Outreach account. You will now see a BombBomb icon in your toolbar. Select this.
The video recorder will appear. From here you can:
- Insert a prerecorded video by click "Library" on the left.
- Record a new video by clicking the red circle in the bottom of the pop-up.
- Record your screen by clicking the icon on the bottom left of your recorder.
- Change your settings by clicking the gearwheel on the bottom right.
Tracking: When your email recipient watches your video, Outreach will track that engagement as a “Video Play.” This allows you to differentiate between link clicks and video plays, filter your activity feed by BombBomb video plays, and trigger automated actions from prospects playing your videos.
