Organizing Videos with Folders

When you start recording many videos, it can become difficult to keep track of what's what. But with video folders, we've made it easy for you to stay organized.

Here are the step-by-step instructions. 

Accessing Video Folders

1. Locate Folders: Find your folders on the left side of your workspace under the "Videos" tab. Videos are automatically assigned to "Auto Folders" based on their creation details.

Creating a New Folder

1. Open Folder Creation: Click the "Plus" symbol (+) next to "My Folders."

2. Name and Categorize: In the pop-up window, enter a name for the new folder and choose a parent folder category if needed.

3. Save Folder: Click "Add Folder" to create and save your new folder.

Editing or Deleting Folders

1. Access Folder Options: Hover over the folder name and click on the ellipses menu (three dots).
2. Choose Action: From the menu, select "Rename" or "Delete" to modify the folder.

 

Adding Videos to Folders

1. Drag and Drop: Click and drag a video to the desired folder.
2. View Folder Contents: Click on the folder in the left panel to view all videos contained within it.

Managing Video Sharing

1. Check Video Folders: To see which folders a video is shared to, click on the "Folders" drop-down.
2. Remove Video from Folder: Click the (x) next to the folder name to remove the video from that folder.

Bulk Actions

1. Bulk Add or Delete Videos: Select the checkbox next to each video you want to manage. Then, choose the desired option from the blue menu bar along the bottom.

Adding Videos to Favorites

To quickly add frequently used videos to your "Favorites" folder, use one of the following methods:

1. Drag and Drop: Simply drag the video to the "Favorites" folder.

2. Using the Menu:

   • Click the "three dots" next to the video.
   • Select "Add to Favorites" from the drop-down menu.
