Sending from Standard Email Addresses
- If you use a standard email address (e.g., @gmail, @yahoo, @outlook), no action is required. BombBomb has implemented a solution to ensure your emails comply with the new authentication requirements.
Sending from Personalized Email Addresses
- If you use a custom email domain (e.g., @kevinrealtor.com), you have the option to enhance your email sending capabilities through a custom DKIM setup. This step is not mandatory but can improve your email deliverability. Details for this process are provided in Solution 2 below.

Solution 1: Automatic Implementation of 'Send On Behalf Of'
- No Action Required: BombBomb will automatically implement the 'Send On Behalf Of' system for you.
- Address Change: Your email's 'from' address will be altered to something like
bombbomb.aol.com@send.bbemaildelivery.com. This prevents email providers from blocking your messages. - Default Setting: This change will be set as your default, ensuring it activates each time you send an email.
Pro Tip:
- Despite the change in the 'from' address, your 'reply-to' address and 'from name' will remain the same. This will help avoid confusion for your recipients and ensure you receive replies.
